We are in Papakura, not Manurewa. People get this wrong often enough that it is worth saying twice.
Your first visit
Before you arrive
We email you a health form once you have booked. Filling it in beforehand means your appointment time is spent with the practitioner rather than at the front desk.
On the day
A first chiropractic appointment runs about 30 minutes. Follow-up visits are shorter.
